If there is a problem, expect a reasonable response from robotSchool. The last thing we want is to stress parents.

Can be made by credit transfer or cash.

Holiday programs must be paid for before six days before the start of the program.

Full refund for any program cancelled three days before the start of the program. Expect a $30 excess after that, excepting extenuating experiences.

If a student cannot attend a session robotSchool would like to make that session up at a later date. Giving money back makes our accounts untidy.

robotSchool has never had a complaint. But, if you are not happy, please come and say.
